Most people think that bullying is limited to school kids only, but very few of us are aware that it is a common thing in colleges and workplaces as well. 

Bullying is equally harmful, be it at the school level for kids or at the college and office level for adults. Put in simple words, it is a violation of our safety and dignity in shared spaces like schools, colleges, and workplaces.
